WAVES

Whether it’s the loud crash of ocean waves hitting the shore or the soft tapping of raindrops on the window, the sound of water has an amazing calming effect for most people.

To me, water is poetry in motion and the sight or sound of it immediately alchemizes me, transforming my energy and transporting me to a calming state of consciousness.

For millennium's humans have known that water has magical powers. Now science is confirming that there are powerful chemical reactions that occur in our brains when we are near or in water.

Plus, that consistent ebbing and flowing you hear as you lie on your towel under an umbrella listening to the waves is mesmerizing, calming, and transformative.

In a day and age we're in right now ... a little calming, soothing and meditative wave action could do us all a little good.
